I've only recently discovered these exercises myself mind, but I am willing to share them with you - all of you, who have come here in your quest to find ways to get a bigger booty and ultimately get bigger buttocks.
Let me tell you my history, it started out many years ago when it became personal trainer at the local gym in my area.
My new personal trainer friend Laura, described to me in detail what I would need to do to change the look of my whole body She told me of the most amazing ways to change my boring and dull exercise routine at the gym. Not only do they continue going to the gym but everything I did change in particular milo routine I changed everything in it. First of all I change the things I ate, I completely changed around but exercise routines, and most important of all I became extremely motivated because I was inspired by the trainer in the gym. Anything within my control is extremely motivated to change.
Due to some of the best buttocks exercises that I had ever encountered, I was able to transform I will body shape and ultimately this has given me a new lease, and outlook on my own life.
And because Sally showed me the way to change my whole life, I became so motivated that I wanted to show others around me how to do the same. You must also eat lots of good healthy protein, healthy carbohydrates and healthy fats. This can be quite fun to do, the opposite of dieting.
One of the biggest muscles in the human body is the gluteus maximus muscle - this is one of a group of three in each of our buttocks. All muscles need energy to grow and gain size, but fortunately for us, the bigger the muscle initially, the more energy it requires for growth.
Muscles use more energy when they are just being used to perform daily chores, compared to when they are resting, and they use more energy than normal when you put them under stress. When you put muscle mass under stress you are exercising them to their fullest potential this causes them to grow and gain in mass. When muscles are properly exercised bigger and a lot more energy in the form of calories, and they will also start to burn excess fat in other unwanted areas of your body. You will have to supply a bigger quantity of calories the bigger the muscles get, because bigger muscles always demand more energy.

To do this exercise properly you will need to either have a gym bench or chair, put this behind you. The one leg so that is placed on the chair lean slightly forward and stretched the other leg so that it's lower than your top body. Perhaps you only have 5 min. morning to do the exercise, then take another 5 min. at lunch and again five in the evening to complete your exercise routine for the day.
So which exercises do you do? There are many many different exercises for butt muscles, here are four of the more popular ones.
Frog squats. Are similar to regular spots except with these you keep your knees are and this causes your next to form a kind of a V shape. You must slowly bend relax and to relax that are will to the floor and then very slowly rise up. Try to do this exercise until you have difficulty getting back up.

Lunges: Take a big step forward until your leg is parallel to the floor (note: your knee must not pass in front of your toes as this can otherwise be harmful to your knee) then get back up. Do this exercise until you become tired.
Bridges: Lay flat on your back with legs bent at a 45 degree angle; lift your butt as high as you can while squeezing your buttocks. Lower your butt slowly and repeat.
As with all things in life it is just hard to get started and to get a routine going. Commence slowly and do these exercises a couple of times a week, be sure you eat well and rest between work outs to permit your muscles to recover. If you do this for a few weeks your butt will get bigger sexier firmer and rounder, much to your delight.
